Terms of Service

Beta software notice: Vitanzo is currently in beta. It is provided for testing and feedback purposes. It is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for beta access or using the Vitanzo application ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App or register for beta access.

2. Beta Participation

Vitanzo is currently available as a pre-release beta product distributed via Apple TestFlight. As a beta participant, you acknowledge that:

  • The App is incomplete and may contain bugs, errors, or instability.
  • Features may change, be removed, or behave unexpectedly.
  • Vitanzo may terminate beta access at any time, for any reason, without notice.
  • Your participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

Beta access is provided free of charge. No payment or credit card is required.

3. iOS Requirement

The App requires iOS 16 or later running on a compatible iPhone. Vitanzo does not currently support Android, iPad as a primary target, or any non-Apple operating system. The Apple Watch is supported as an optional companion device. An Apple Watch is not required to use the App.

4. Health Data — No Medical Advice

Vitanzo reads health and biometric data from Apple Health to provide informational wellness summaries. The App is not a medical device, does not provide medical diagnosis, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions based on health data. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you have read in the App.

5. Data and Privacy

All health and biometric data analysed by Vitanzo is processed entirely on your device. No health data is transmitted to Vitanzo's servers. Your health data remains under your full control. Please review our Privacy Policy for complete details on how we handle personal data.

6. Data if Vitanzo Shuts Down

Because all health data is stored locally on your device, you retain full control at all times. If Vitanzo ceases operations:

  • Nothing needs to be deleted from our servers — we hold no health data.
  • Your data in Apple Health is managed by Apple and remains accessible through other apps.
  • We will delete your beta registration email address from our records within 90 days of ceasing operations.

7. No Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

Vitanzo does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vitanzo and its team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if Vitanzo has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App — including its design, code, and brand assets — are owned by Vitanzo. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes during the beta period.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
